News for the new school year!
With everyone returning from their holidays, the Paris Bakery and Patisserie School has been a hive of activity since 28 August. So now is the perfect time to tell you what’s new for the new school year!
Good news for CAP Bakery and Patisserie students, who will have a brand-new recipe book, updated by our teachers over the summer.
Due to strong demand, we have also opened a second Mention Complémentaire session for patisserie students for the new academic year. That will take the number of apprentices to 24. A new training session for the new bakery qualification certificate will also open this year. This modular course is aimed at retailers’ employees. The Paris Bakery and Patisserie School is the only training centre in the Ile-de-France region to deliver the CQP (Professional Qualification Certificate).
And finally, four new short courses aimed at professional artisans will be launched. These courses will also be open to our former students.
