The Paris Bakery and Patisserie School is a magical place!
Your career in a few words: I joined the School in 1996 as a teacher. I manage the schedules, the young students, relations with companies, and I also manage some of the mature students.
Why did you choose to teach at the School? The École de Boulangerie et de Pâtisserie de Paris is a magical place! We know that we are preparing the students for a wonderful profession and that they will find work. We have the feeling that we have fulfilled our duty.
