Your career in a few words: I joined the teaching staff at the École de Boulangerie et de Pâtisserie de Paris on 13 March 2017. Before that, I had several jobs as in retail and in mills. I even had my own bakery.
Why did you choose to teach at the School? What drove me to be a teacher, was my desire to pass on my knowledge to anyone who is interested, as well as strive for progress in bakery.
