Your career in a few words: I am currently a teacher at the École de Boulangerie et de Pâtisserie de Paris, but I also studied here as an apprentice. I always wanted to be a teacher, but I didn’t think I could do it so early in my career.
Why did you choose to teach at the School? I like teaching others and learning from students and colleagues.
Your expertise? Being a teacher means constantly questioning your methods. You can’t take anything for granted. I learn new things every day.
