I chose this course because of my grandfather, who was a baker and made me want to learn the profession
I am studying for a Bac Pro in Bakery & Patisserie at the École de Boulangerie et de Pâtisserie de Paris. I’m doing my apprenticeship with the Tradition Proche bakery in Nogent-sur-Marne. After that, I would like to do a patisserie CAP and a bakery CAP. I would also like to follow a course on plated desserts. Learning both crafts may be useful to help my future boss if need be.
