I am studying for a bakery/patisserie Bac Pro at the l’École de Boulangerie et de Pâtisserie de Paris. I chose this course because we get to learn both the bakery and patisserie professions. At the end of the course, after three years of study, I will have a baccalaureate and a CAP. I particularly enjoy the practical work, which enables me to discover new techniques. What’s more, the bakery classrooms are big and well equipped.
