I am in the final year of a Bac Pro in Bakery & Patisserie at the École de Boulangerie et de Pâtisserie de Paris. I always been passionate about patisserie ever since I was little, and I had several internships before doing a Bac Pro. This course allowed me to get a CAP and to follow business admin lessons that will be very useful if I decide to open my own bakery. The Paris Bakery and Patisserie School is a very good school with great teachers. There really is a very good atmosphere here.
