I enjoy building relationships both with colleagues, and the young and mature students we teach
Your career in a few words: I am school’s Manager of Teaching Staff at the École de Boulangerie et de Pâtisserie de Paris. My role is to manage the teaching staff and ensure that the lessons run smoothly. I joined the School as a teacher in 2005, and I still teach occasionally.
Why did you choose to teach at the School? Passing down know-how between the generations is something I am very passionate about and that informed my career choices. When I started out, I wanted to eventually have my own patisserie or become a teacher.
